When did you start designing, and how did you turn it in to your profession?
I started designing about 12 years ago. My first “professional” gig was at a athletic company where i worked as an illustrator / graphic designer.
Where do you get your inspiration from?
I get my inspiration from everywhere. Everything from architecture, clothes, product design, cars, everything I see on a daily basis. Aside from that, I look at agencies like Logan, Prologue, Stardust, Motion Theory, Shilo, and Pysop, for a dose of inspiration.

How do you create your illustrations, and what tools do you use?
I use photoshop, illustrator, after effects and maya.

Designers that you love and admire?
Mate Staneforth, Anders Schorder, Anthony Furlong, Chris/ Jon Saunders, Jarratt Moody, Jason Whitemore……These guys are really in a league of their own.

If you could give a single piece of advice to up-and-coming designers, what would it be?
1. Accept that there’s always going to be better designers than you, and learn from them.
2. Figure out what it is that you want to do. A lot of young designers dont know if they want to work in print, interactive, motion, ect… And it tends to hold em back because they try and learn EVERYTHING, and that becomes overwhelming.
3. Have fun.
